Super Duty Linear Actuator – Rugged Performance, Quiet Operation, Optional Feedback

The Super Duty Linear Actuator is designed for high-load applications, combining a durable, heavy-duty build with quiet, smooth operation. It features a worm gear drive mechanism, making it much quieter and significantly harder to back drive compared to standard linear actuators.

Built from a thick aluminum housing with aluminum extension rods, this actuator is engineered to handle high forces in demanding environments. Integrated end-of-stroke limit switches automatically stop the actuator at its fully extended and retracted positions for safe, reliable operation.

Each unit comes equipped with a 4-wire Hall Effect Sensor for accurate positional feedback, ideal for synchronized or closed-loop control systems. However, if feedback is not needed, the actuator can be operated with just the standard 2 power wires, offering flexibility for both advanced and basic applications.

Available in two force/speed configurations and stroke lengths from 2" to 40", in 2-inch increments, the Super Duty Actuator delivers performance and adaptability for a wide range of uses.

Controller FCB-1 or FCB-2 to give you full actuator control options including speed adjustment, limit switch adjusting, and timer function
• ✔️ Actuator wiring is simple. 2 wires (Brown & Blue) for the motor. Reversing polarity changes the direction of operation. 4 wires (Red/Yellow/Black/White) for the sensor. (View any of the dimensional drawings for the wiring outputs)
• ✔️ IP66 rated – this offers dustproof and water-resistant
• ✔️ Maintenance-free - Gives you more free time to do more important things
