Policies

All merchandise is carefully inspected and packaged before leaving the the Firgelli Automations warehouse. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise at the time of arrival and document any visible damage and to notify Firgelli Automations and the shipper. Upon arrival of the product unpack and inspect it for conformation with the order, flaws or damage. Contact Firgelli Automations if errors, flaws or damage to the product are found, and return the product within 14 days. Firgelli Automations will not accept returns unless these procedures are followed.

Returns

Please note that not all parts are refundable (see bottom for list) returns are only accepted if the parts are not used, modified, or tampered with, and have no visible marks or damage. We are very strict about the condition of parts when returned. All returns are subject to 20% re-stocking, re-testing and evaluation fee. If you wish to return your parts please send an email to support@FirgelliAuto.com and include your order number and name. If returning for credit include the last 4 digits of your credit card number (must be same card used to order the parts) and include the expiry date of your card. If paid by Paypal include your paypal receipt.
