What are the dimensions of the actuators? On each Actuator page there is a drawing as well as a small table with the open and closed lengths for each actuator size.
What if I need a stroke that you don’t have on your website? We can make special strokes, but there is a 20 piece min order qty, and the price will be $130 each. Email us for more details on this.
Yes. Please note that not all parts are refundable, returns are only accepted if the parts are not used, modified, or tampered with, and have no visible marks or damage. We are very strict about the condition of parts when returned. All returns are subject to 20% re-stocking and re-testing and evaluation fee. If you wish to return your parts please contact us prior to shipping the item back.
What is the warranty period? We offer 12 month warranty from time of order. Damage or failure outside of standard operating conditions are not covered.
